  • Can you guarantee the removal of all stains?
    Clean Freakz strives to provide the best clean possible, but there may be instances of particularly deep stains that cannot be removed. While I would love to guarantee this for all customers and these stains are rare, it would be irresponsible to do so.
  • I'm unsure of which service selection is best for me. Can you help?
    Of course! Please go to the "Get in Touch" page of the website and submit a short form with "Free Service Consultation" in the Email Subject Line. You will also have the ability to upload pictures of your sneaker(s) with the form. From there, I will respond as soon as possible to set up a quick call to provide some clarity.
  • What is the standard turnaround time?
    The standard turnaround time is 5 days. For example, if you schedule your pick-up for a Monday, you can expect your sneakers to be returned by Saturday.
  • Do I need to drop-off and pick-up my sneakers?
    No, I will meet you at the most convenient location for both pick-up ad drop-off for $FREE.99!
  • What if I live outside of the current service area?
    I am happy to work with you to see if there is a plan we can set up, whether you live just outside of the service zone on Long Island or across the country in California. Please visit the "Get in Touch" page to submit a short form with "Outside of Service Area" in the Email Subject Line, and I will follow-up soon after.
